Answers to the most common questions we get.
No. The first consultation is free and there is no obligation to go ahead. We come out, walk the garden with you, talk through what you want and give you an honest view on cost.
Full redesigns are what we are best known for, but we also take on patios, planting schemes, fencing, garden lighting, irrigation and turfing as standalone jobs.
A 20% deposit secures your slot in the diary and the balance is spread across an agreed payment schedule as the work progresses. Everything is agreed in writing before we start.
Edison and our own team. Malvina designs the garden with you and Edison builds it, so the people who drew your garden are the people on site.
A site visit is usually arranged quickly. The design takes a few weeks of back and forth to get right, and a full costed quote for a larger build can take four to six weeks to put together properly. We tell you where you are in the diary before you commit to anything.
We are based in Potters Bar and work across Hertfordshire and the North London border, from Hemel Hempstead and Watford across to Harlow and Bishop's Stortford.
